Mr. Palmieri has overall responsibility for application hosting, data center operations and customer support. During his time with SMBLive he has overseen the smooth operational growth of BT Tradespace from 50,000 user profiles to over 375,000 user profiles, ensuring the operation of a secure and highly available hosting environment. Prior to joining SMBLive, Mr. Palmieri was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Development for expensewatch.com, a leading SaaS expense control solution, which grew to manage over $1Bn of SMB customer spend on an annualized basis, and delivered recurring monthly revenue with over 90% annual customer retention, which led to a venture investment from Jeff Bezos. Before co-founding expensewatch.com, Mr. Palmieri developed information technology solutions in the publishing and retail industries, and in academia. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Dickinson College.
